Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute or store any material in violation of any applicable law. This includes but isn't limited to:

  1. Any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization.
  2. Any material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.

Explicit Content Involving Minors

ScintAI has zero tolerance for the generation or distribution of explicit content involving minors.

Any user found attempting to generate or distribute such content will have their account terminated immediately and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Unethical and Malicious Activity

Our Products must not be used for the purpose of:

  • Hacking, cracking, or gaining unauthorized access to any system.
  • Intentionally introducing viruses or malicious code.
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against any group or individual.
  • Promoting racial or ethnic intolerance.
  • Depicting violence or threatening anyone's health and safety.

Customer Accountability

We regard our customers as being responsible for their own actions while using our Products. Violations of this policy may result in service suspension or account termination without notice.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
