Digital Credits

Once a purchase is made and credits are added to your account, they are considered consumed or allocated for your use. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any credit packages purchased on ScintAI.

Chargebacks

We strongly recommend contacting our support team if you have any issues with your transaction before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from our services.
